Every agent at eXp Australia commences their journey on a 75% commission split within their work anniversary year. Agents can also KEEP 100% of their commissions, as part of our CAP on commissions paid out model.
Our agents keep 100% of their commissions as soon as they settle $100,000 within their work anniversary year, each & every year.
Examples of earnings under eXp's commission structure
Settle $200,000 GCI in transactions - You keep $175,000*
Settle $300,000 GCI in transactions - You keep $275,000*
Settle $500,000 GCI in transactions - You keep $475,000*
Settle $1,000,000 GCI in transactions - You keep $975,000*
*These are approximate figures based on the 75% split with $100,000 Cap.
